The house is on the hill above the centre of Portorož. You can walk to the beach, the promenade, shops and restaurants, and Piran, the salt pans and Strunjan are ten minutes away by car.

Down to the beach
Steps and narrow paths take you down to the seafront and the main beach of Portorož.

Back up the hill
The way back is steep and takes longer. If walking is hard for you, or you have a walker or a pushchair, it is not suitable: drive into town instead.

Portorož is a good base for the Slovenian coast: Piran with Tartini Square and its old town, the Sečovlje salt pans, Strunjan, Izola and Koper. Along the way are beaches, seaside walks, viewpoints and wellness.

How to find us
- By carFrom Ljubljana take the A1 motorway towards Koper, then the expressway towards Izola and Portorož, the drive takes about 1 hour 20 minutes. Set your sat-nav to Koprska cesta 10, Portorož.
- ParkingPark in our yard, free of charge.
- ArrivalBetween 1 pm and 9 pm. Let us know what time you will arrive.
- AirportsPortorož (Sečovlje): 9 minutes by car. Trieste: 1 hour 10 minutes. Ljubljana: 1 hour 35 minutes.
