Privacy and data protection

Who is the controller

Apartmaji Vrenjak, Koprska cesta 10, 6320 Portorož, Slovenia. Email: info@apartments-vrenjak.com, phone: +386 41 740 018 or +386 5 674 62 19.

Enquiries

The enquiry form sends nothing to a server and stores nothing. When you submit it, your own email program opens with a prepared message (dates, apartment, number of guests, cot, name, email, phone, message). You send it yourself. We keep your message as long as needed to reply and for your stay, and invoicing data as long as the law requires.

Hosting and statistics

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare processes IP addresses in short-lived logs for security and delivery, and counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics without cookies, without storing IP addresses and without visitor profiles. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

What the site does not use

The site has no cookies, ads or tracking. Fonts are served from our own server, and no maps or third-party content are loaded. The Google Maps link only opens when you click it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing and to data portability. Write to info@apartments-vrenjak.com. If you think your data is not handled properly, you can complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).
